HR had a grup dicussion with all onsite employees of about 200 people... he inquired about all the hiccups / probs faced by every1 and noted all the point in his MIND, yeah serious he didnt mark it down in notepad / paper... there was so many questions... ppl wondered his ability and memory and assumed hes great !!! Later, As usual had couple of organisational(internal) announcements.. and it came to end of meeting.. yeah till now everything went fine.. later he made one announcement, which made every1 who raised concerns a BIG FOOL, he introduced a new peron just entered as new HR... yeah he said hes quitting company next week.... oh.. wat a purpose it served for so many ppl who opened up so many concerns... later every1 understand the new meet aim is to introduce new HR....

So people beware of top management meet... first know the true agenda of meet....
